July 4th weekend is a three day minimum and weekends are a two night minimum.

Up to June 15th and after Sept 6th $40.00 - $60.00

June 15th - June 23rd $70.00 - $90.00

June 24th - Aug 30th $124.00 - $164.00

Aug 31st - Sept 7th $80.00 - $100.00

Add $10.00 on weekends and for holidays add $20.00 per night.

All rates are based on double accupancy.

Chidren under 12 no charge.

$10.00 per night for each extra person.

All deposits are refundable with a 7 day cancellation notice, less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival date forfeit deposit. If a reservation is made within 7 days of arrival date there is no refund.

Sorry no refunds for early departures.

We accept Visa, M/C, Discover and by mail at least 30 days prior of date of arrival we do accept Checks and Money Orders.

All prices are subject to a 7% Maine State Sales Tax.

Check in 1pm - Check out 10am. Sorry there are absolutely no exceptions.
